• Duck pâté with cognac on a crispy base with wine and cranberry caviar and Parmesan crisps
• Traditional vegetable salad on toast
• Greek-style fish – fried cod served on a bed of vegetables in tomatoes
• Jewish-style turkey rolls with cranberry sauce and plums, topped with caramelised walnuts
